Significant Public Benefit Parole

Definition:

A type of parole that is authorized at USCIS Office of International Affairs for "significant public benefit" as specified in the law.

These requests can only be submitted by a law enforcement agency. It is used to allow aliens to take part in legal proceedings when there is a benefit to the government.
