Answer:
Starting with DV-2010, all entrants, including those NOT selected, will be able to check the status of their entry through the E-DV website and find out whether or not their entry was selected.
Status information for DV-2010 is available online from July 1, 2009, until June 30, 2010.
The State Department advises entrants to keep the confirmation page information from the time of their entry until they may check the status of their entry online.
