- A. Unfortunately, no. I can help direct you to find the information you need but I am not a consultant. You should obtain personal, legal advice from a qualified immigration attorney.

- A. Please do! I'd be happy to hear your suggestions for an upcoming article or blog post.
- Q. Do you allow guest bloggers?
- A. Guest authors are welcome on this site. If you are an immigration attorney or have an experienced immigration viewpoint to share, I'd love to hear from you. I cannot guarantee a guest slot but let's discuss it to see if we can make it happen.

- A. I am not an immigration attorney and I cannot give you advice about your case. Each case is different and immigration laws and policies are constantly changing. You should contact a qualified immigration lawyer or accredited representative for advice.
