USCIS announces new special immigrant visa for Iraqi nationals

USCIS has announced a new special immigrant visa for Iraqi nationals who have worked for the U.S. government for at least one year since March 20, 2003. Five thousand visas will be made available each year for the next five years for Iraqi employees and contractors as well as their spouses and children.
